He has held State Head positions in his career spanning over 15 years. He was part of the success stories of globally renowned brands like ICICI, IndiaBulls, L&T Finance, and India Infoline. He is a thoroughbred sales person, who knows the pulse of the market as well as people.

As a child, Tej always knew smart and quirky ways of bonding with people. He believes in the value of relationships and goes that extra mile to help people. His way of leadership, inspires even the youngest person to grab ownership and do things in a different fashion. After Graduating in B. Com from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala, his hunger to learn took him further to pursue MBA, specializing in Marketing from the Bharathiar University.

Tej hails from the Naliath Family and lives in Thiruvamkulam, Ernakulam District.
